    Hi,

    I have CO pro and some time I have the same problem,I can't say why.

    In this case,I use to close CO and Open it again, generally the problem disapear

    in my case, the restart in not working also, really, it is very annoying.

    Try clicking on another image in the Browser, or
    go to the Library tab and click on another folder in the Catalog or Session, then go back to the original one you want to work on

    I have had the same issue for a week or so now.  Usually after I have my PC/Capture one open and unused for 1 hour+.  A re-start usually fixes it but now I am getting the same issue occurring very quickly after re-start.

    I think it's since I did a Windows update a few days ago.

    I am going to submit a support ticket, I can't have this from C1 on a regular basis
