Tool Tips pop up
tool tips pop up block the tool entirely and almost instantly, making it so difficult to use the tool, or its options. Please let the pop up be away from the tool, and a tad delayed.

I believe that tooltips themselves are a feature of the operating system.
There is a preference where you can turn on or off the "enhanced tooltips" which are these things.
You can do that in the General section of Capture One preferences.

As mention here tool tips can be turned completely off in Photoshop so it is not related to the operating system:
