Tethering issues with Nikon Z9 and Capture One 22

When I am tethering to Capture One 22 and my Nikon Z9, the following capture error prompt appears, 'could not insert capture image into collection'. What's going on here? What am I missing? I've tried it on different computers with the same result. Help is appreciated.
