    Randy,

    Check the Windows version is up to date with windows C++ and .NET versions as a starting point.

    The report in the crash log may offer some clues about what is happening.

    If not that then the Capture One log files.

    I have no idea, of course, whether log files and crash reports are things you feel comfortable with interpreting.

     

    Also, have you tried the common computer fix of re-booting a couple of times?

     

    Are you running an officially supported (by C1) version of WIndows?

    I have the same issue. If I try to import any picture or older catalogue CaptureOne Pro crashes. The new version is complete useless for me.

    I did send the report to CaptureOne but didn't get any responses yet. At least an acknowledge of my post I would expect. But this didn't happen. So far so bad.
