Upgrading Capture One Fujifilm 22 to Full Fat version

Hi All

Given that Capture One Fujifilm 22 no longer exists how do I move over to the Full fat version?

Having logged into the Capture One website there are no upgrade options available for me to do an upgrade to the Full Pro version.

Is there an upgrade path available?

Surely I don't have to pay for a full pro license without some discount?  

Anyone experienced the same issue?
