Rating at Capture One Live Got Overwritten After I open my Capture One Apps

I have invited client to rate the photos (and she done that).

I opened the Live link and I able to see those rating, but when I open the Capture One apps, those rating by client got overwritten and reset to default. I was literally  seeing those 5 stars rating on the Live link website got reduce 1 by 1 and all of them was reset to no rating!

This is not acceptable as how I am supposed to ask a high profile client to rate all the photos again, and how I can trust it is not doing the same again.
