Tethering Issue - speed problems

I am using the latest C1 version, Windows 10 on a powerful Lenovo Notebook and Cable from Tether Tools (USB-C to USB3). And last but not least - my Fujifilm GFX100.

What I have noticed is that the CPU onmy notebook is at 40% level when starting my tethered session. The average time to transfer one pic to C1 is about 3 to 5 seconds at the beginning of the session.

But it gets slower and slower. After about 50 pics I have to wait for about 30 to 40 seconds which is very annoying on a peoples shooting.

I have noticed that the CPU utilization climbs up over 80% and does not fall down even while waiting several minutes after having taken the last photo. It only falls down after shutting down and restarting C1.

Has anyone an idea how I can prevent this issue?
