IMPOSSIBLE TO USE Capture ONE 22

Permanently deleted user

I wanted to upgrade my full version of Capture One 21 to version 22 I paid for the upgrade for 1 year.
Impossible to use the software. I have already asked the question to the after sales service and no answer. I will stop the renewal of my annual subscription.
The error message is as follows: 
Catalog folder "/Users/alaindelpey/Pictures/Capture One Catalog.cocatalog" is not editable. Choose another folder.

I uninstalled the application and when I reinstalled it was the same error.
Please help me out or I will cancel the renewal.

    Have you ensured that Capture One has all the disk access it requires, in System Preferences?

    Also, I've found there is a write protection file inside the package, you need to delete that,
