AUTO-ROTATE on 15.2 still does work

I have several images that have precise vertical or horizontal lines. Auto-Rotate is alway of by 1 or more degrees compared to using the manual rotate tool. Come on guys if you cannot get this to work, there in no hope for the other v22 problems.
