Same is happening to me, whenever using C1 22 PRO my entire PC restarts, BIOS detects it as a power surge, but it happens only with C1 22 and happens every time. Doesn't seem to matter what I'm doing in there, this last time I was just moving from one photo to the next, the time before I was adjusting a crop. Never happened before and doesn't happen at all when C1 22 is not being used.

Thank you very much for the advice. I would like to restore my last working version. Unfortunately, there is only 14.4.1.6 available for download on the website. Where can I find version 15.2.0.59 Pro Win for Fuji? Any advice is very welcome!

Further on, I can't start C! 22pro. It always crashes when I start to open an old session or try to import pictures in a new session..

When I was looking at the settings, I could see, that the hardware acceleration doesn't work any more. When I try to start the hardware acceleration (Open CL), there is an error message, that the hardware acceleration dosn't work.

    That's new, because it was o.K. in C! 22(Sony)

Ah, interesting! It's the same with me. The hardware support is displayed as an error. Unfortunately, C1 also crashes when I deactivate hardware support. With the Fuji version, everything ran without errors.

Same with me. C1 pro Win 15.2.0 crashes immediately after the first photo appears in the viewer.

For me completely disabling Hardware acceleration seems to have fixed the problem.

Disabling hardware acceleration doesn't fix the problem at my computer. Further on: Every time when I try to open a session it crashes. I can start a new session, but when try to import pics it crashes. There is no information from captureone support, about they know about the problem and try to fix it.

I have the same problem. I have reinstalled C1 several times, created new Catalog. I open a C1 and try add photos from PC to new catalog and C1 crashes.

Please, if somebody has found solution, send me it or help me and other people who have the same problem...

4 days and no reply from C1 support. I had to uninstall C1 and again install previous  - the first version of C1 22 (I found it in my PC), which is not upgraded to v C1 22 15.2 and C1 works (I did not accept update to 15.2). It means that the issue is in last update of C1  - v 15.2...

How long have you been waiting?

And have the rest of you raised support tickets? The more there are, the quicker issues get fixed.

Please check on the following list if you have one of the mentioned CPUs. Affected CPUs:

AMD A6-3650 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics with SSE3 max (Hansjörg Nothdurft)
AMD Athlon II X3 435 Processor with SSE4A max (Helge Herz)
