ACTIVATION OF CAPTURE 22 SOFTWARE

iI downloaded online Capture One 22 Pro to my computer to edit pictures taken with my Fuji X-s10 which i just bought recently.  I have the License Key.  But although the icon of the software is in my computer, it cannot activate the software although I have the License Key and as a result, i cannot use this software to edit pictures taken with this Fuji camera.  I need assistance
