No new 22 licence

Thanks for your answer but it doesn't work !

 

I have deactivated the previous licence but I cannot have access to a new licence unless I purchase a new one. What  about the coupon and so on?

I tried yesterday to use the code, so I think it does no longer work. I already bought nov 7.21  !!!

What can I do? I need a valid key...
