C1 no lee Archivos Raw CR3

hola, acabo de instalar C1 en su última versión pero cuando trato de importar fotos en RAW no me deja, ni siquiera los lee, solo JPG. Tengo una cámara Canon M50 Mark II

    I assume you are upgrading from a brand version (Sony or other).

    1º Look for the coupon that you received by e-mail on the 5th and write it down.

    2º Enter your account, the option to update appears but for this you have to simulate that you buy it, then you enter the coupon number in the discount coupon option. Check that the price becomes zero.

    3rd make the purchase (fictitious, without billing) and they will give you a new program key.

    4º When you enter C1 again your program is disabled, you have to reinstall it and it will ask you for the new password, you enter it and TA-CHAN when you start your program is already Pro and will accept all brands.

    Easy, right?

    Si tenias el Pro y no lee los CR3 no creo poder ayudarte.

    Pienso que es la cámara que no está soportada, M50 Mark II
