Can't do the free upgrade to Pro

Hi!

I have bought C1 – Fujifilm License via an external seller (bhphoto), I bought it in November 2021 as C1 21 with possibility to free upgrade to C1 22, so after the release of C1 22, I have no problems upgrading to that version. 

Now I recieved two e-mails saying, I can upgrade to the now only version C1 Pro, without the limitation to the camera manufacturer.

I was following the instructions step by step (deactivating my license, moving to the upgrade page on C1 web, entering my key), but every time I get a message saying "No upgrade product found".

I think it is a bug (it might be because I'm using the key originally made for C1 21), but I would like to get it going. Do you know, how can I fix this problem?

    If you have V21 you would need to pay for the upgrade to V22 which now has no Sony specific version.

    How that works for a Sony version of V21 on the upgrade I do not know. If you already had the V22 upgrade for the Sony version to 22 you would get the further upgrade to Pro for free as I understand it.

    Log in to your account and select the "Upgrade License" link to discover the options available to change from V21 Sony to the full V22 Pro.
