Error when teathing

I've recently downloaded the trail version v22 - with error messages coming up when connecting 5d mk iv. 

Seen multiple posts with similar errors and tried all solutions. 

Still wanting to purchase paid version however looking to have teathing services. 

Is there a way to speak to someone from Capture one?
