Session document is read only?

All of a sudden I can't load any of my sessions and keep getting this message. Im confused on how to resolve this. x

    Check System Preferences / Security & Privacy

    Click the Privacy tab and make sure that CaptureOne has Permissions to the folders where your images are stored. This will either be under Files & Folders or Full Disk Access
