exporting to DNG with files from monochrome cameas

It appears that it's not possible to export to DNG or TIFF with files from monochrome cameras with version 22(15.2.0).  This may be similar to the difficulty with panoramic stitching failing to write to a DNG files with version 15.0.0, which was fixed in 15.1.
