File naming on export

Is there a way to export images with different recipes at the same time with different file names, because I seem unable to do so. For instance I want to export full-size JPEGs with the file name and at the same time I want to export reduced size JPEGs with the word "reduced" added to the file name on export. So far I've been unable to do this. Before export whatever I have selected as the last naming scheme that I used that is what both will be exported as, In other words having the same file name. Any help in this matter would be great! I am using Capture One Fujifilm 21 by the way.

  I do this all the time.

  I have two recipes selected at the same time, the first will export the image name and the second will append _thumb to the end of the file name.

  

  This is the full-size image recipe, not the FORMAT field using Image Name

  

  This is the reduced size recipe, the _thumb has been typed into the Format field and the Long edge is shorter to reduce the size of the image

  This unfortunately doesn't work for me at all. Whatever the last file naming I select or edit that name is now applied to every single recipe on export, in fact once the file naming is changed it does not change back when I reselect or check or uncheck any or all of the export recipes.
