Missing Tool Bar

I needed the Keystone and the Crop tools the other day. While I was on the Exposure tab, I went to View/Tools/Add Tools to Exposure Tab and added the Keystone and the Crop tools.  In that way, I was able to use them to process my pictures.  It's is a bit inconvenient, but a relatively easy solution to access the tools I needed.
