Catalogue images not showing in browser

FirstName LastName

Images that are in the catalogue and in folders on the external drive where my raw files are stored aren't showing in the browser. I am using Capture One 20 on a mac.

For instance, there are 3950 images listed as being in the catalogue however after selecting "Library - Catalogue Collections - All Images" in the "Library" panel only 93 previews show up in the browser.

This is also the case with some folders when selected in the "Folders" panel. For example, one folder shows there are 27 images however only 1 preview shows in the browser. If I locate the folder on the drive, all images are present in the folder.

I have used the "Verify Catalogue and Session" and the "Synchronise" functions with no change.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

    Are you sure that no filter is active, for instance to filter to only one date, or only one star rating?

    Thanks Ian, that's what it was. There was a keyword filter in the search field, all sorted now
