Activate Capture One Alert Box

Hey Everyone,

I bought C1 22 the other day and today when I open C1 20 an "Activate Capture one box" popped up. Is this because I bought 22? I wasn't planning to start using 22 right now as I am in-between a couple projects and would rather do it when I have some downtime?

What are my next steps here if I want to continue using 20 as usual? I did put in my old C1 20 code and it didn't accept it. I haven't tried putting in the new C1 22 code yet.

    If you have bought 22, you have a new Capture One licence code to replace the old one. You should now use that with your version 20, and then with your new version 22 when you are ready to use it.

    Thanks, Ian.

    Does that mean I just put in the new code and continue using 20? And whenever I am ready to use 22, I believe I just download it and go forward with setting it up and using it?

    Yes. You may need to enter the (same) code again when you start using 22.
