I CANNOT START THE SOFTWARE BECAUSE IT ASKS ME FOR THE ACCESS KEY, BUT IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE IT, I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION AND I HAVE ALSO BEEN CHARGED THE ANNUAL COST, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM IF THE SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK, I HAVE DELIVERIES TO CUSTOMERS AND I NEED TO SOLVE IT ASAP.

P.S. Writing with capital letters doesn't help much.....
