I’m having the same issue. Running the latest update 15.2, says it’s not registered? Could this be the problem? How do I register thought this would happen automatically when activated.

Dont get the iCloud option on iPad version either.

As far as I understand, you have to be on a beta version of the desktop app to test the iPad App. Please read the beta testing agreement with care as there are limitation in how far you can go in disclosing the beta functionality on forums like this one.

The instructions for iPad Beta testers say to download the latest C1 Desktop Beta ... but at least yesterday when I tried I got the message that no Beta was available.

    EDIT: it's back now.

Since the instructions on transferring images from iPad to Desktop via C1 Cloud are published on official, open support, I suppose it is ok at least to discuss that..?

David, I'm not taking part in this beta testing thus I can't give you any definitive answer with supporting facts. I'm referring to my previous experience when the team was quite sensitive to disclosure of beta features on the forum. I'm just highlighting that there might be rules of disclosure in the agreement that beta users should take care to follow.

I'd suppose it is okay too, but I'd double check

You're absolutely right, for the desktop Betas there are stringent rules, but for iPad there is even a Facebook group, although it is private.  I do not see anything in the license agreement for the Beta that restricts discussion, neither is there anything in the emails sent to Beta testers.  Also the Beta functionality has already been shared in an official C1 Youtube video. But still, it would be simply good manners to be quite circumspect about sharing too much.

The original comment was about C1 pro not having the cloud transfer icon that is demonstrated in the iPad beta tutorial. iPad beta is mentioned, that isn't the problem.

Well, as I mentioned earlier, the desktop Beta was unavailable for some time after the iPad beta was released. It is back now, and the cloud transfer icon is there, and it works. Hope I haven’t said too much….
