Why is the Naming tab always closed in my Import dialog?

Several releases ago, when I opened the Import dialog, the Naming tab would be open like all the other tabs. Then, somehow and for no reason I can find, it started to always show closed. All the other tabs are open. I always have to open it to update the Job Description, and leave it open, but the next time around, when I open the Import window, the Naming will again be closed.

Can anyone help troubleshoot why this is happening?

    When you import, are you copying your files or adding them?

    I use the "Copy to", so the Naming tab is enabled, but it is always closed, making me open it every time. All other tabs remember how I leave them, open or closed, except for the Naming one. Can't figure it out.
