I want to end my free trial but I don’t reserve an Mail to change something in my profile

FirstName LastName
I want to quit capture one but when I want to change something in my profile I just don’t reseve the email to do that. Can you please quit it for me

    We are just users of the software - we are not Capture One staff, so we can't do that for you.

    But if you are on a free trial and want to end it, just uninstall Capture One from your computer, in the same way that you would uninstall any app.

    Usually, you have to give your credit card number for a “free trial.” That way, the company can charge you if you don't cancel before the trial period ends. Dishonest businesses make it tough to cancel, and will keep charging you — even if you don't want the product or subscription anymore.

    Complete and utter bloody nonsense. If the OP wants to stop the trial, he just needs to follow Ian's advice.
