I can't seem to get Capture One 22 to launch

I am trying to launch Capture One 22 after upgrading from 21. I am able to authorize successfully and then get caught in a loop where the browser keeps asking me to continue and then takes me back to the sign in page in the browser.  It doesn't launch the software.

    I keep trying to launch capture 22 x 15.0, the license code could not be verified by the server. please deactivate or quite  - I've re-downloaded - still not worked. ?

    Its a perpetual license
