A7 IV files not visible in 2021

I am through with Capture One!!  I have been with them since forever and now I can't use the files from my A7 IV.  To the person who speaks of owning our bad decisions, you can pound sand!  It's not like I am trying to use a 5 or 10 year old program to read the files.  I purchased 2021 version less than a year ago.  I refuse to give them any more of my money.  And it's also ridiculous that they cancel you activation code for the software you have already purchased if you sign up for the subscription.

    Yes, you can - you just need to upgrade.

    Same as everyone else who has EVER found themselves in the same situation, regardless of the Raw converter they use.

    It's the same with other apps too. The A7 IV requires Adobe Camera Raw 14.1 or higher, Lightroom Classic 11.1 or higher, ON1 Photo Raw 2022.1 or higher, and so on. Most unusual for them to provide new camera support for older versions.

    It is indeed - that's why I posted:

    regardless of the Raw converter they use.

    I'm still not confident that the penny will drop - we can but hope.

    Conversely, I might start lobbying Capture One for Canon R5 support in Capture One v3.7 - I've still got a copy of that installation file somewhere.

    I mean - why not? The logic is exactly the same...
