Interface with Boris FX Optics software

I'm wondering if there has been any consideration given to including the software Boris FX Optics into Capture One's "edit with" or "open with" functionality?

    Perhaps I should ask this question another way.  How do I include the Boris FX Optics executable in the list which appears when I select "edit with" (or "open with")?  All the other possible options installed on my computer appear on nthe list except that one.  This has happened without any specific action from me afaict.

    Can you select  the "Browse option at the bottom of the list?
