Sharing Concessions

At the end of the shoot our Art Director will take a duplicate Capture Session of the shoot.
After they make selects they have a more updated session.

I hoped replacing their updated session over my older one would seamlessly carry over their new selects but it hasn't worked and the session always reverts to my older one.

Do I need to copy something else across?

    Experiment: What happens if you copy the updated session to your system (not overwriting the original) and open it in C1?
