Printer not recognised
I have just installed Windows 11 on a new computer. I have installed my Epson Pro 3880 printer but C1 does not see it in the print dialogue box. It sees only another printer i use for office tasks - no choice to select the Epson. The computer knows the Epson exists as I can print a nozzle check without a problem. Can you help, please?

This seems to be a Capture One problem.
My Epson 3880 is recognised by Affinity Photo and by Fasttone Image viewer. I have printed C1 edited images sent to Affinity as Tiffs for printing. It does the job, but not as well as C1.
Does anyone from Capture One read these questions? If so, what is the answer to the problem, please? I have also submitted a support question. Whilst I understand there are delays in responding, I REALLY would appreciate attention to this matter.0 -

There's no guarantee that they do. This is a user-to-user forum. But there is a link at the top right of this page, and every page in the forum, to submit a support request to Capture One staff.

Thanks Ian
I have submitted a support request, but understandably there are delays in getting a response, hence the question on this forum. I will have to be patient.

This is a public thank you to Victor, based in Ukraine, who helped me resolve this issue quickly and effectively. I cannot imagine how the support staff are coping with a war going on around them, particularly those in the east of the country.
