Assigning a Workspace to a Session or Catalog

Permanently deleted user

I have about three work flow that I would like to assign to different Sessions but don't see a way to make Workspace assignment that will stay, Close CO and the Workspace seems to change when reopening the Session. Am I missing a setting?
