Keeps crashing

Just downloaded 22 (V15.3) and went to import photos from a card reader, pressed Import button and C1 crashed and locked up the computer. Had to turn off by holding power button down for 10 secs and then reboot computer. Tried it again and same thing happened. On Windows 11
