Jittery thumbnail scrolling ?

This is not exactly a bug, but a small annoying behavior. When I scroll fast through picture thumbnails, scrolling always gets jumpy or jittery. Is this normal? This happens in pretty much all versions of Capture One Mac (I'm using the latest 22 right now). System is Mac M1 Mini with 16GB RAM, Mac OS 12.4. 

This never happens in Apple Photo app nor in Lightroom Classic.

Is this normal?

  I am not experiencing that problem.
