Creating Mask in new Version 22

Hi! I used to work with the older version, now I can not find how to create layers/masks. In the tutorial is an screenshot which can not be found on my screen and the link to the video shows working with Version 20, where the tool is shown, where it used to be.

How can I entering the workflowe with layers/masks in Capture One V. 22 (Sony)?
