Unable to open catalog
After updating to the newest version of Capture One (15.3.0, windows), I get the following error message:
Unable to open "(my catalog name)"
Error: An unknown error occurred when trying to read the database.
I reinstalled the update, no change. I checked that the catalog file is not read-only. I haven't moved any files and I still have access to all my files, so this error is a mystery to me.
The only thing that happened lately was that I got a blue screen and my PC crashed, but C1 was still working after this.
I didn't find other solutions, maybe others know what to do?

Nothing helpful to add I'm afriad, but I'm experiencing something similar in 15.3 on Windows 11. C1 opens but the Library drop down remains collapsed so I cannot see any detail within the catalogue even they though they have apparently been upgraded to 15.3. My catalogues are not read only.
I haven't figured out a workaround and at the moment it has rendered C1 unusable!

I followed the instructions and C1 starts again :)
