Hello Kien Lim
Did you manage to resolve this and can you please share the version of macOS Monterey you were/are running when you encountered this issue with Capture One 21 (14.4.1.16)?
I ask as I'm contemplating running the Capture One 21 on macOS Monterey 12.3.x up to the latest version of 12.6.3 and am keen to avoid any potential issues.
Would be great to hear back about your particular case.-1 -
Hello Ivan,
I resolved it by creating the import folder manually.... I don't seem to have this problem any more though.
I am using Ventura 13.1
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

Kien Lim thanks for getting back. Ah! That's good to know you found a workaround 😊
Oh you are runing Ventura 13.1, but I presume with a different version of Capture One, right? Or are you still using Capture One 21?0 -
Welcome!
I'm using Capture One 21 14.4.1.16

Kien Lim oh wow, good to hear you are also using Lates version of Capture One 21 with Ventura 😊
That's reassuring to know, although I did hear someone else on here say there could be issues associated with running it with Ventura on M1 and M2 processors. Out of curiosity is your setup Intel or Arm (M1/M2) based?0 -
Ivan it's M1 processor. I haven't had any other issues....
