Trevor, You're not the only one. I spent all weekend trying to get 15.3.0 to work after using 15.2.1. I had to call my laptop tech support guy who had me update the Windows Operating System with updates that were only hours old.

My Lightroom file hierarchy still shows up corrupted, but the images, in whatever order, did show up.

Needless to say, they won't provide a refund for this junk they're dishing out. I'm using Lightroom as I've never had this many issues with their products.

Did you guys find a solution to this? Mine crashes everytime I enter in my license. Have tried everything. Seemed to happen after a small Windows update.

    Kellie,
My C1 hasn't worked since the latest update published. C1 knows there's a bug, and apparently doesn't care.
    My C1 is unusable.

great.....ugh. Well I have a ticket into them. Hopefully enough people are dealing with this so there are enough tickets to catch their attention. Terrible timing as I have two photography projects this week...

Here is what support sent back to me (I followed the instructions although I didn't have an .enc license file - likely because I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times which I told them). I let her know it didnt work and sent my log so hoping they can figure it out...from what I've seen, there are a lot of issues going on with this new upgrade:

    "Hello,

This means that you have settings on your machine, that do not allow for the correct activation of the software.

Please, go into %localappdata/CaptureOne and delete MSALCache folder as well as going into ProgramData\Capture One\Capture One and deleting .enc license file. Reboot the computer and start Capture One, you will be asked to perform full sign in + activation from the beginning.

    Kind regards,
Julia - Capture One Customer Support"
