"View only" icon

Since I have upgraded to version 15.3.0.100 I get sometimes the "View only" icon in the right lower edge of my preview icons of my raw images. I really don't know what I have done with this images, that this icon pop up! What is the reason for this icon and what can I do to get rid of? Is there a chance to reset the icon to continue editing this image?
