files not exporting

    Really?

    For fellow users to spend their time on your problem, I think you should provide process and trouble details other than letting us know that you are "unable to export". The alternative is to submit a request to Capture One and wait for an answer.

    found the problem.  Cylance security software was not allowing capture one to write to the hard drive.  Does any one know what Cylance settings would allow Capture one to work properly?
