15.3.0: Import Dialog does not appear anymore while drag'n'drop
If I want to import Sony RAW, the import dialog does not appear anymore if I drag'n'drop the RAW from Windows Explorer or different file managers like Speedcommander. This occurs only for a (brand)new (empty) catalogue. Existing catalogues of 15.3.0 which already contain images or converted catalogues of previous revisions of C1 work propperly with drag'n'drop.
If this is a bug, I am concerned about the review process within C1. Such an essential functionality shall be check before releasing each revision. In all of these years, I have never seen such a worse revision of C1. So many new (!) bugs within a minor release do not increase my trust in the quality assurance and review processes within C1. And these are bugs which should be find out during a review and in a test environment.
To be hones: Currently I am thinking about to skip a possible upcoming v16.
P.S.: In this forum are many bugs mentioned. Where is the support? Why is there almost no response on these bugs? Sometimes it would be suffecient to leave a note "We are checking this and will come back with the results." but not writing anything... The impression is that nobody of C1 cares on these issues and this forum is just for an alibi.

OK, it seems that it is not available on mobile devices neither mobile nor desktop mode. I will re-check later when I am back in the office.

Even on a desktop screen the support link might not show unless the web browser window is very large.
Pretty poor web quality control that this has been allowed to continue for so long.0 -
