    OK, it seems that it is not available on mobile devices neither mobile nor desktop mode. I will re-check later when I am back in the office.

    Even on a desktop screen the support link might not show unless the web browser window is very large.
    Pretty poor web quality control that this has been allowed to continue for so long.
