Dual monitors - Windows version

Please make the Windows version of the large browser for a second monitor the same as the Mac version, as recently demonstrated in David Gower's presentation about customising Capture One Pro.  The Windows version lacks the tool tab icons and the second view is very basic, with no support for its own tool tabs
