Applying styles from toolbar icon - needs right click layer options

If you apply a style from the styles and presets tool in a tool panel, right clicking allows you to choose where to apply the style: to a new layer, the selected layer or the background. 

If the styles icon is added to the toolbar, none of these options presents itself, and styles are always applied to the background, even if you have a new adjustment layer set up and selected for use.  This makes the toolbar icon version almost useless for anything but the most basic editing.

Please give the toolbar styles icon the same right click functionality as for styles accessed from a tool panel.
