Downloading Free Trial
I downloaded a free trial of Fuji Express, but decided I wanted to look at the full version. No matter what link I use from the main page, it downloads and installs Express for Fuji. How do I get a look at the full version?

Hello Darryl,
I have the same problem! I downloaded a C1 Express for Nikon yesterday. Today I decided to download free trial C1 Pro. I received a C1 Express for Nikon. I downloaded again 3 times. I only received a C1 express for Nikon. Is somebody able to help us? Thank you!

I suspect that it is the same program with some sort of internal flag set. I searched the registry and couldn't figure anything out. Hopefully support can chime in.

Got a quick response from support on Twitter. You don't need to uninstall, just deactivate that license. When you restart, you will be running Pro. Good customer support is vital to my decision, so that box is checked.
To deactivate it go to the main menu and choose Capture One -> License on Mac or Help -> License on Windows. Press the Deactivate button.0 -
Great! It works on mine too! Thank you very much Darryl!
Please, one question : How did you contact support? By Twitter or by mail? Which email address?
Have a good trial on Capture One Pro full version!!!!

Twitter. Couldn't find an email address. Twitter is always by go-to for customer support. Most great companies have a good presence there.

I found the support page and actually submitted my question there before posting it to Twitter. Twitter responded within a couple of hours. Didn't hear from support, yet, although they both could be in the same place. Jean-Jacques asked me about an email address, which in my mind is not the same as a form on a support page.
