Live view not available

Ive just connected my Sony A7Rii via the tethered facility. First time for a while and it is recognising the camera and I can take a shot which appears in the specified place.

Live view, however is not there, it used to be in 21. When I click the Camera tool tab to open live view; nothing happens.

Any ideas?
