Fujifilm X-H2S Very Pixelated Images after import.
I have the new Fujifilm X-H2S and have recently updated to the latest version of capture one. When importing my images I can preview all of them, however, after I click import many of the images appear extremely pixelated. I also can't export the pixelated images. The EXIF-exposure data is showing as normal for the pixelated images. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I can see the images perfectly fine on the camera LCD screen so I think it's an issue with capture one.

I have the same issue.
It is NOT 100% raw files. But some or many of RAW files are affected.
Especially, 40fps shoots and lossless compression with JPG really affected.
I am not sure if this is C1 issue or X-H2S F/W bug.
But you can open RAW file by Photoshop.

In my case, I can't even import directly from my Fuji X-2HS. C1 doesn't see the camera at all, So I can't use it in tethering mode either. All I'm left with is using a card reader if I want to import my photos. Funny thing is that Image Capture can see the pics from the camera.

Hi Mario,
I have the same issue that X-H2S cannot see from C1 even can be seen from windows.
I changed USB cables but cannot make it improved.
I am not sure if it is C1 issue or X-H2S issue.

I believe C1 still only imports from mass storage devices. You need your camera to act as a USB mass storage device. Some cameras do, some cameras don't and some cameras let the user switch the camera end of the USB between different modes. Make sure the your camera USB operates in mass storage mode.

According to C1 support, it works but... Apparently, some cameras won't work and there is no guarantee from C1. This means some of us have been unlucky and picked the wrong camera copy! I find It strange if you ask me. Where other apps can see the camera (Image Capture, Web Cam and even Lightroom) C1 fails. The positive side is that it works fine with an iPhone and an iPad, where you need 2 different cables. So whose fault is it? So for me NO Tethering, NO importing from the camera I have to stick to my card reader. Good luck!
