Express 22 - V 15.3.1.15 - Toolbox empty

Hi,

after install the update 15.3.1 the toolbox on the right is empty in my Capture One Express Fujifilm. See hardcopy.

When I click on the 3 points at the right, there is no entry for enable any toolbox-register.

Is this a bug in 15.3.1?
