File export is faulty

When exporting files with the new update 15.3.15.1, these slen are defective.

Any solution?

    Turn off hardware acceleration.

    Me ocurre lo mismo. Como se desactiva la aceleración? De todos modos, debe resolverse este problema. Es un Soft de 200 dólares, Dios santo!

    And this is not a Capture One problem: this is a Capture One/PC/GPU interaction problem that Capture One can do nothing about.

    sorry....I've been working with capture one and MacBook for years and I've never had this problem....until this latest update...so don't tell me it's not a problem with capture one, with this latest update it's when the problem has arisen... lately every time you update it gives some problem...

    Actually, it might be hardware acceleration. The current version is the first where C1 changed from their old OpenCL implementation on Intel Macs to Metal (finally!). So if you're using an Intel Mac, the current version has a notable change in GPU support. OTOH, they've supported Metal on Apple Silicon Macs for a while, so if that's what you're using, then the problem's probably elsewhere.

    If turning off hardware acceleration doesn't help, then send a Support Request to Capture One.
