X-H2S HEIC

Captureone 15.3 cannot allow to import HEIC files generated by Fuji X-H2S.

I thought that C1 accept HEIC files...

Does anyone have same issue ?

  Hi Ian,

  Thank you for the link. Actually I can open HEIC generated by Apple iPhone on Captureone.

  I confirmed the two extensions were installed already.

  But I carefully read the article and then found it says 8bit HEIC.

  X-H2S generates 422 10bits...  This is gap I found....

   

  PS) I can open X-H2S HEIC by GIMP. Photoshop looks uses thumbnail. Light room cannot open the HEIC also.

  Oh, well, I am pleased that you have found the reason. Can the camera produce 8 bit HEIC if you want it to?

  No, X-H2S generates 10bit HEIC only (ref: 8bit JPEG, 10bit HEIC, 14bit RAW).

  I am not sure if Captureone accept 10bit HEIC.
