Certain files showing proxy creation message

good morning, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.! I took a lot of photos at the RIAT airshow yesterday and selected certain photos via the viewer, then imported them and quite a few errors came up all with the same proxy creation failed-file may be damaged/corrupt. The file will not open properly in C1 . It took me ages to select images from 1000's of photos and import to a new catalogue. :( 

I am not very techy but any assitance would be amazing. 

I was shooting on a brand new Fuji XH2s with the new150-600 fuji lens at 125 frames per second and loaded the images from a lexar CF express  pro type B card 256GB.
