Ability to be able to select the background layer en-masse

At the end of a job, I often need to create a complete B&W set (for example).

I select all, give the variants a new colour tag, apply a B&W preset, I then need to fine tune the background layer for each image. However, each image has the last layer selected I worked on. This means I manually have to select the background layer for the whole set.

Offering "Select background layer" to the right mouse-click browser menu would be a great time saver.

  When I do my colour grading or B&W conversions, I do them on their own filled adjustment layer. This way you can copy/apply that layer across all the images as a final step and then that will be the currently selected layer.
